Nourishment Toolkit Class
Meal Planning that Matches your Vibe.
Say goodbye to decision overload and “perfect meal plan” spirals. This class is for folks that want menu planning to feel simple, fun, and totally doable.
We help you meal plan without getting totally bored or overwhelmed. You will create your own "Nourishment Toolkit" so you always have nourishing and satisfying foods ready to go. This tried-and-true meal planning method is a no brainer for ease and efficiency in the kitchen.

Casual Cooking Class
Staying Motivated in the Kitchen Just Got Easier.
This virtual, non-diet cooking class is designed for busy adults, moms, college students, and anyone navigating executive dysfunction, neurodivergence, or low motivation around food.
Led by our Registered Dietitian, each session uses body doubling and social connection to make cooking simple, sustainable, and even fun. We provide menus with recipes that take into account your food preferences that include a breakfast, snack, entree and side.
