Radica Family Nutrition
Cristina Luibil, MS, RD, LDN
I’m Cristina (she/her) and the proud owner of Radica Family Nutrition. I'm a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who is passionate about helping women, moms, and entire families build a sustainable relationship with their food, their body, and their values.
I'm not currently accepting new patients at Radica.
You can find me at our sister practice, Aterra Nutrition®, where I focus on eating disorder recovery and Intuitive Eating for teens and adults.

Sam Nuzio, MS, RD, LDN
I’m Sam (she/her), a Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and author. I take a holistic, non-diet approach to nutrition, recognizing how deeply food is connected to our lives. In our work together, we’ll look at things like food access, cooking, your daily routine, and environment, while honoring your culture, preferences, and what matters most to you.
My goal is to help you feel more at ease and confident with food, whether you’re out with friends, feeding your family, or navigating a busy workday. We’ll work on tuning out diet noise and reconnecting with what your body needs. Wherever you are in your journey, I’ll meet you with empathy and curiosity.
I’m currently accepting new patients. I’m licensed in MD, VA, and NJ.

Kelli Resseguie, RD, LDN
I’m Kelli (she/her), a Registered Dietitian with a background in public health and clinical nutrition. My work focuses on family, perinatal, and mental health nutrition.
My goal is to help you build sustainable, healthy relationships with food through practical nutrition guidance. I offer supportive group spaces that foster connection and shared learning.
I host specialty groups and workshops, including a virtual perinatal nutrition support group open to anyone nationwide.
Radica Family Nutrition's Values & Approach
At Radica, we value compassion, empathy, and inclusivity, offering a flexible approach to nutrition that honors your roots.
At Radica, we believe that caring for your health and having a peaceful relationship with food aren't mutually exclusive — they go hand in hand. Our approach is rooted in the non-diet philosophy, which means we focus on building sustainable habits that support your wellbeing without weight stigma, body shaming, or rigid food rules getting in the way.
Our work is weight-inclusive, body-neutral, and trauma-informed, grounded in Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size® (HAES®), and neurodiversity-affirming practices. These frameworks that center your autonomy, honor your lived experience, and recognize that health looks different for every person.
We believe nutrition is about more than nutrients. Food is culture. It's family recipes and holiday tables and the meal that takes you straight back to childhood. It's comfort, celebration, tradition, and joy — and it deserves to be treated that way. Our goal is to help you find your way back to eating that feels good, tastes good, and fits the life you're actually living, without guilt, fear, or apology.
