Women's Health Nutrition
Virtual nutrition counseling for every stage and season of your life.

Feeling fatigued, bloated, or extra moody? Maybe you've been told to just eat less and move more. Or to add more protein. Or to cut carbs. Or that you just need to lose weight. Or what you're feeling is just stress. Sound familiar?

If you're not feeling yourself then your body is sending you a signal. These aren't things to just push through; nourishing your body regularly and adequately can truly make a difference.  At Radica Family Nutrition, we know that YOU know your body best, and when something feels off, we believe you.

Our dietitians take a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach to nutrition counseling that honors your whole self, body, mind, and lifestyle. With our support and guidance, you’ll explore what true wellness means for you, beyond the rules and typical advice. Our approach is aligned with Intuitive Eating — rooted in self-compassion and sustainable eating habits.

What is Women's Health Nutrition?

Women's health nutrition focuses on the unique physiological, biological, and hormonal changes that you may go through, and how nutrition can help each stage and season. Our dietitian's guidance is rooted in Intuitive Eating principles; nutrition goals are designed with you to meet you where you are, while you maintain agency around your body and food choices.

Can My Dietitian Help Me with a Meal Plan?

Meal planning at Radica looks quite different than what you might be thinking of. We're not giving you a handout and wishing you luck. You definitely don't have to eat the same thing every day. We will build a menu together that you'll actually want to use.

In our virtual sessions we can take stock of what's already in your kitchen, swap recipes, build a grocery list, talk through new cooking techniques, and plan for the nights when everything falls apart and you need a backup. We all know those nights are real, and a good plan accounts for them.

Our goal is simple: that the skills and habits you learn stick around for a long time. We work with you to find the approach that fits your lifestyle and your family's needs.

My Situation Overlaps with Family and Mental Health Nutrition, How Can Radica Help Me?

The postpartum season is a good example of how life rarely fits into one category. It affects your body, your mood, your household, and the way food shows up in all of it — all at once. If you're navigating new parenthood alongside a perinatal mood disorder like postpartum depression or anxiety, you're dealing with something that sits squarely at the intersection of women's health, mental health, and family nutrition. We support all three, and we're used to holding all three in the same conversation.

You don't have to decide which part of your experience is most worthy of support. We encourage you to bring all of it to the table.

Can I Bring My Partner into a Session?

Yes, definitely. Healing your relationship with food doesn't happen in isolation. The people around you can play a meaningful role in your journey, even if they don't fully understand it yet. We welcome family members and partners into the process when it feels right to you, offering guidance on how to show up supportively at the table and beyond without centering their own opinions about food or your body.
